First, it depends, is in what year was that of Saturn. In general, you can code for the model year 1999 and more easily.
Secondly, it depends if the radio is on in "LOC" or "INOP mode. If your radio says INOP, then turn the ignition to the RUN position to turn on the radio., If you let it rest for at least 1 hour ( deleting 59 minutes) to the INOP message. I waited 1 1 / 2 hours for the case to start it too early causes the timer. (which is on the LOC scroll)

Press and hold, 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. preset buttons for 5-10 seconds on the radio.
- Then press the button once to look to start the entry process.
- Use the following key, repeatedly press the buttons to configure your code:
seek down = first digit
seek second digit =
align = left third digit
Melody = fourth digit
Once you have entered the code, press AM / FM to set it.

I had the same problem with my car ... You can contact the Saturn dealer and allow you.
